I haven't received my digital product, any instructions or download links. What should I do?

Our products are sent as download link to your e-mail. Sometimes your e-mail server could have some problems and you don’t receive download links. Than please follow these instructions:

In your account admin, please click History and details of my orders then click on details

and please find download links to your products below – click on product name to start the download. Usually it is possible to download your products 2x, max. 50 days after purchase.

Please note: if you are not registered (used PayPal express for payment) please use password which you received in first e-mail. If you didn’t received e-mail (e.g. in case of technical problem with your e-mail account) please enter your e-mail used for payment here: password recovery(click here) and you will receive new password within few minutes to your e-mail.

If you don’t receive new password within one hour please note that you have significant problem with your e-mail server or set strong spam filter. Please contact your e-mail provider and inform him, that you are not receiving e-mails from info(at)123creative(dot)com due to technical problem at his server.

Then please contact our support team at: info(at)123creative(dot)com and send copy also to alternative e-mail: 123creative.boutique (at) gmail (dot) com to be 100% sure that we received your e-mail.

Our support team will answer/fix your problem within 48hours / sent you download link from alternative e-mail address or to your second e-mail address.
